Sharm El Sheikh

Sharm el-Sheikh is a city in Egypt, situated on the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, on the coastal strip along the Red Sea. The city's population is about 35.000 inhabitants. The average temperatures during the winter months range from 15 to 35 degrees Celsius and during the summer months from 20 to 45 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the Red Sea in this region ranges from 21 to 28 degrees Celsius. Sharm el-Sheikh city together with Naama Bay, Hay el Nour, Hadaba, Rowaysat, Montazah and Shark's Bay form a metropolitan area. Sharm el-Sheikh grew from the village into important port and today a famous tourist place for vacations. The Sharem-al-Maya bay is the city's main yacht and service port.The city is a popular place for various watersports, particularly recreational scuba diving and snorkeling which some consider to be among the best in the world. Many companies have been attracted to invest in this city include Hyatt Regency, Accor, Marriott, Le Méridien, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton. The Sharm El-Sheikh nightlife is modern and developed. The most famous places are Little Buddha which is a sushi bar, nightclub, and bar and a dance club franchise Pacha. The famous dive sites in the Red Sea are the national park of South Sinai named Ras Mohammed and Nabq.
