TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ON-LINE RESERVATIONS General terms and conditions Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query, please contact us via e-mail rezervacije@terme-ptuj.si. Upon receipt of your reservation made via this website, it will be confirmed to you per e-mail. Please print your booking confirmation and bring it with you upon check-in. Modification of terms and conditions We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The terms and conditions in force are those published at the time of your making the reservation. How to book your accommodation Simply complete the details in the on-line booking section of this website. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, cancellation fee, amendment charges or non-show charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information. Age and responsibility You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to make this reservation. You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions via your credit card, which will be used to pay for the booking, cancellation, amendment or non-show charges. What's included in your reservatione The basic accommodation cost includes accommodation, meals as confirmed on your booking and your booking confirmation and VAT. The price is exclusive of tourist tax . If the hotel you have booked has a swimming pool, admission to the pool is included in the price. Should you have booked a package via our on-line reservation system, this might include other services as stated on your booking confirmation. The price does not include any meals not mentioned on your booking confirmation, transfers, excursions, sports activities, additional hotel services such as mini bar, telephone costs and similar, or services of the wellness centres, unless stated on your booking confirmation. Payment Details of your credit card account only serve as a guarantee of your booking and you will not be charged at time of reservation. You will settle the full amount upon check-out in cash or with your credit card. Your credit card will only be charged should you fail to cancel your reservation in time or in the case of no-show, in line with our terms and conditions, as stated in the following sections. By securing your reservation with a credit card, you are guaranteed an available room at the hotel. Should the hotel fail to provide you with a room, it is obliged to secure you accommodation in a comparable hotel, at the same price in a hotel of the same category or at a lower price in a hotel of a lower category, in line with the valid Slovenian Hospitality Customs. The price difference and other costs that were included in the price are to be reimbursed to the guest. Should your transfer to the other hotel incur any cost, this will be borne by the hotel. Cancellation of the reservation You may cancel your reservation via our webpage, telephone, fax or e-mail, as per your booking confirmation. When cancelling your reservation, please state your confirmation number, your name, e-mail address, date of arrival and length of stay. Free of charge cancellation To avoid being charged for any reservation that you have made but have to cancel, the cancellation must be received no fewer than 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees Should you cancel your reservation later than the above, or fail to cancel your reservation, but not show up at the hotel, your credit card will be charged for one night of your reservation. No cancellation fees apply in case of force majeure. Protection of personal data Your data is treated as confidential and protected in line with the Slovenian Law on Personal Data Protection. Modification of your reservation Your reservation may be amended via telephone, fax and e-mail, as per your booking confirmation. Should you wish to shorten your stay and fail to inform us in line with our cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees, as per the above sections. Force majeure Cancellation fees will not be levied should circumstances arise subsequent to your reservation being made, which, had you been aware of at the time of making your reservation, would have forestalled you from confirming your reservation. These may include but are not limited to accident, illness or death. Evidence of these circumstances must be provided. Complaints Complaints regarding the reservation, quality or quantity of the services provided may be lodged up to 8 days from the day when the reason for the complaint arose. Complaints must be in writing.
