Apartment Residence has a perfect location in the centre of Bratislava in a quiet green courtyard which makes it ideal spot for business and leisure travelers or relocating professionals with most of business ventures and touristic attractions in a walking distance.
Apartment Residence provides 4 comfortable double rooms and 8 luxurious apartments. Rooms and apartments are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped to a high standard fulfilling high expectations providing modern amenities such as LCD TVs connected to more than 50 international channels and unlimited high-speed internet with PC. Especially apartments are suitable for long-term business stays providing comfort of a room with an extra space in an additional room and convenient kitchenette with cooking amenities. All the units are non-smoking, parking is for our guests free of charge.

As there is no 24-h reception desk, please inform the Apartment Residence about your estimated time of arrival! If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. The rooms are cleaned every second day. In case of a late check out, 50% of the first night will be charged.
