New, family friendly, nice, cosy apartment house "Villa Jadranka", outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Fazana, in a quiet, sunny position, 250 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 2000 m2, nice, well-kept garden 750 m2 (fenced) with lawn 100 m2, plants and flowers, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, 26.04.-25.10.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, pool house with WC. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandpit). In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 400 m, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 500 m, café, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach, shingle beach, rocky beach 300 m, tennis 1 km, sports centre 300 m, golf course 5 km. Diving club 400 m, windsurfing club 1 km, golf-course on the nearby Brijuni Archipelago (national park).
