You can reach  the Hotel „Dunav“from the direction of Novi Sad by detouring of the main road,then at first traffic-light in Sremski Karlovci you should turn to the left, towards the Danube river.
From the direction of Indjija and Belgrade turn right. Approximatelly distance from the center of Sremski Karlovci is 400m-from Novi Sad 12km-from Belgrade 65km.
