Upon confirmation of the booking the Hotel kindly requests full credit card details for guarantee of the reservation. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. For the period 22.12.10-10.01.11 upon receipt of written confirmation of the reservation, the Hotel kindly requests 100% pre-payment of the total amount due within 5 working days. Final payment is due upon departure. In case of changes, cancellations or No-shows, the penalty charge applied amounts to the deposit.
