The hotel was built in the year 1875. It was last renovated in the year 2006 (the outer part), and the complete inner part including accommodation, catering and the therapeutic part during the first months of 2008. Hotel Park is 300 meters far from hotel Vita. 
The hotel is suitable for all who wish to spend their free time actively. In it is located a fitness room, a social area and a relaxation area.
